Beginners and returning exercisers ready to move beyond bodyweight.
Schedule:
3 workouts/week + optional mobility or light cardio.
Time:
25–35 minutes/session
Equipment:
Light to moderate dumbbells, bench or sturdy chair, mat (if you have one)
