Hi, I’m Curtis, and I know what it feels like to wake up every day in pain, wondering if things will ever get better.
In my mid-20s, I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease. For years, I lived on pain medication just to get through the day. I was sedentary, had poor nutrition habits, and the stiffness and discomfort I felt made it harder and harder to do even the simplest things—like getting out of bed or spending time with my family. My mood, motivation, and confidence were at an all-time low, and anxiety had taken over my life.
I knew something had to change.
I started my fitness journey not because I was strong—but because I wasn’t. I was deconditioned, anxious, and tired of accepting that my diagnosis would define my future. At some point, I stopped asking, “What if it gets worse?” and started asking, “What if I take control of this?”
Fitness has completely transformed my life. I’m more mobile, stronger, healthier, and happier than I ever thought possible. The pain is manageable, the anxiety is gone, and for the first time in years, I feel in control of my body and my future.
Now, I help people just like you—people who feel stuck, in pain, or out of shape—take that first step toward a stronger, healthier life.
